Job Description
DaBella is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Canvass Manager to lead a team of canvassers and impact the home improvement industry. This role involves recruitment, mentorship, sales targets, and maintaining positive relationships with homeowners. The successful candidate will be passionate about personal and professional development, and eager to lead from the front. This is a full-time position offering a base pay of $27.14 + uncapped bonuses.
Requirements
- Lead a motivated team of canvassers.
- Recruit top talent and conduct phone screenings.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching.
- Build rapport with homeowners.
- Communicate product benefits.
- Meet sales quotas and drive traffic to DaBella locations.
- Operate a company-provided van.
- Must complete entry-level canvasser training.
