Job Description
DaBella is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Compliance Specialist to oversee the design and implementation of a company compliance framework. This role involves auditing, managing reporting, and ensuring legal compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive administrative and compliance experience and strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Audit Workers’ Compensation Bills to ensure accurate billing
- Conduct Internal Compliance Audits, including vendor evaluations and cross-department reviews
- Manage Federal and State Regulatory Reporting (e.g., OSHA, FMLA, EEOC)
- Draft, Update, and Enforce Company Policies
- Partner with Legal, Payroll, and HR Business Partners
- Provide compliance support related to sales compensation and employee classification
- Working knowledge of LLC structures
