Job Description
DaBella is seeking a detail-driven Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple states and support a high-volume team of 2,000+ employees. This role involves ensuring timely, accurate payroll, maintaining compliance, and assisting with training for junior staff. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of payroll experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Paycom, ADP, or Paychex
- Knowledge of payroll laws and wage garnishments
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales or home improvement industry is a plus
