Direct Support Professional (DSP) role to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily activities, with opportunities for growth and training in a mission-driven team.

Requirements

• Support individuals with everyday activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and personal hygiene routines.
• Take individuals on community outings—whether for appointments, errands, or just to enjoy the day.
• Track and document changes in overall health and behavior to support their care.
• Assist with medication reminders or administration when needed.
• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
