Job Description
DACHSER is seeking a Teamleiter (m/f/d) for Transport Logistics to develop costs, analyze economic indicators, and lead a team. The company is known as Logistics is People Business and aims to optimize logistics networks through integration and intelligent combination of logistical competencies. The role involves monitoring vehicle dispatch, handling, and quality control, as well as providing excellent service to the transport companies.
Requirements
- Completed training in commercial administration, ideally with a trade position in dispatch and transport logistics or relevant professional experience.
- Relevant professional experience in truck dispatch or Spedition.
- Good geographical knowledge and willingness to work in early/late hours.
- English skills in written and spoken language.
- Computer skills in office programs.
- Problem-solving, results orientation, communication, and proactive attitude.
