Job Description
DaCodes is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead software development projects focused on auto insurance products. The role requires a deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and a proven ability to manage Jira effectively. The ideal candidate will contribute to innovative solutions and work with a diverse team of talented individuals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrable experience as an Agile Project Manager leading software development projects.
- Deep and practical expertise in the implementation and management of Scrum.
- Deep and practical expertise in the implementation and management of Kanban.
- Expertise in using and administering Jira Software.
- Expertise in using and administering Jira Service Management (or Jira Core as a support board).
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong results orientation and ability to meet goals.
