Job Description
DaCodes is a fast-growing software and digital transformation firm with over 200 talented developers and 10+ years of experience. They offer remote work opportunities to work on innovative projects with clients across LATAM and the US, contributing to impactful iOS applications. The role focuses on MarTech technologies and will be within the retail industry.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Extensive experience in MarTech technologies, including platforms for data, automation, personalization, or campaign management
- 5+ years of experience in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong ability to prioritize and operate in fast-paced environments
- Solid understanding of modern software architecture and design patterns
- 2+ years of experience in engineering management
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
