Job Description
DAHLIN is seeking an energetic Architectural Job Captain to join their Residential team in Pleasanton, CA. The role involves technical design aspects of projects, client interaction, and maintaining project documentation. This is a hybrid position requiring at least 3 days of onsite work per week, working with senior team members and responsible for multiple projects. The position requires proficiency in construction drawings and design software.
Requirements
- Proficient in building codes.
- Strong skills in production of construction drawings.
- Proficient in SketchUp modeling, AutoCAD, and Revit/BIM.
- Experience working in construction phases of projects.
- Self-motivated and capable of independent and team work.
