Architectural Planner

DAHLIN is seeking a Planner to join their team in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled, design-driven planning professional who is looking for their next opportunity.

Requirements

• Graduate of a NAAB-accredited four- or five-year planning/architecture program or a Planning/Urban Design program
• 2–3 years of experience in architectural planning and/or urban design
• Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and the preparation of presentation materials
• Excellent problem solving abilities and independent thinking with strong listening skills and reliable follow-through
• Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills, along with solid organizational and collaborative abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A clear commitment to ongoing professional growth as a designer, architect, or planner
