The Director of Operations is responsible for leading the operations of Daios Cove, including F&B, Rooms, Maintenance, Wellness, and IT. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business and/or Hotel/Tourism
- Equivalent experience within luxury hospitality environment in Europe and/or M. East – in a similar capacity and /or at least 4 years as Food & Beverage Director or Director of Rooms
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of other languages
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team to perform well
- Excellent problem-resolution skills and the ability to quickly work around different solutions
- Requires the ability to be flexible and adapt to change
