Requirements

• Main interface between client and landowners, occupiers, and agents
• Proactively engage with landowners to secure consents
• Keep client up to date and advise on practical matters affecting land
• Deal with landowner complaints
• Arrange site visits
• Assist team and settle compensation claims
• Maintain accurate stakeholder records
