Peer Mentor Ambassador - Campus Tour Guide position at Dallas College's Eastfield Campus. Must have general knowledge around college access and completion, strong time management skills, and ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• Must have general knowledge around college access and completion.
• Must be mature, responsible, organized and be able to pay attention to details.
• Must have strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• May require evening and weekend hours as needed within a flexible schedule.
• Be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen.
• Be classified by Dallas College as a Texas resident.
• Be registered with Selective Service or be exempt.
• Demonstrate financial need.
• Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA).
• Be enrolled and certified in at least six hours (half time) for Fall and Spring, in a plan leading to a degree or certification. If attending Summer semesters, students must be enrolled in at least three hours (quarter time).
• Not have any prior institutional balance or blocks.
• Not be a recipient of an athletic scholarship during any semester the student is awarded WSMP funds.
• Not be enrolled in a seminary or other program leading to ordination or licensure to preach for a religious sect or to be a member of a religious order.
• Have transportation to off-campus worksites.
