Student Care Coordinator

The Student Care Coordinator will be a part of a team assisting students in obtaining resources that will improve their daily life and student experience. The Student Care Coordinator will connect students with campus and community resources that assist with solving social, economic, emotional and behavioral problems.

Requirements

• Collaborate with campus and statewide stakeholders
• Run workshops and assist with campus events
• Travel and flexible schedule
• Knowledge of community colleges and Dallas College vision
• Technological support and delivery of student programs and services
• Integrated software systems and Microsoft application software
• Experience leading or managing major change initiatives
• Data-informed and results-oriented initiatives
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience working with student support programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
