Job Description
The Engineer-Interior & Material Audit is responsible for ensuring the approval and compliance of interior finishes, materials, and design elements, conducting site inspections, and preparing audit reports.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience and qualified Engineer / Architecture or related discipline
- Developer / Design / Site Technical Review experience on ID elements of projects
- Lead or Specialist ID Design Consultants: Technical Review in either a Design or a Site Supervision role
- Specialist ID/Fit-out Contractor: Part of technical or engineering team
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and installation details
- Ability to interpret drawings and BOQs
- Experience in reviewing mock-ups and shop drawings
