We are seeking an experienced International Social Media Community Manager who will oversee the social media presence of our clients, actively engage with communities, and support our team in daily operations.
Requirements
- Manage and moderate the social media channels of our clients
- Respond to comments and direct messages in both English and German
- Actively engage with communities, identifying relevant topics and forwarding them to the team
- Spot trends, sentiments, and recurring questions within the community
- Assist with maintaining and developing the social media presence of our clients
