Requirements
- Academic background in Computer Science, Economics or Finance
- 4+ years of experience in Support Engineer role with 3rd line IT Support experience
- Debugging and problem-solving capability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with PL/SQL, SQL, object-oriented languages, and basic Financial concepts
