Job Description
We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our In-House Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in tech hiring and is proficient in sourcing, stakeholder management, and ATS management. They must be organized, independent, and able to work in a hybrid model.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in tech hiring
- Proficient in sourcing (Boolean search methods)
- Experienced in stakeholder management
- Proficient in ATS management (Greenhouse, Workable, Lever, Ashby)
- Advanced English skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model
