Field Technician

The Field surveyor/technician plays a critical role in supporting Damotech's rack repair and engineering operations. This field-based position is responsible for conducting on-site surveys at customer locations, documenting rack damage, and facilitating the preparation of detailed project quotes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of fieldwork or site inspection experience in industrial services, construction, or warehousing
• Comfortable working in active warehouse environments with a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with iPads, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and cloud-based CRM tools
• Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and prioritize competing site visits
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license required
