[DID] Automation Data Scientist

DANA is a leading Indonesian digital wallet platform looking for a Data Scientist to automate process discovery, build a process performance monitoring system, and drive product innovation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of practical experience as a Data Scientist
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development and delivery
• Practical experience with NLP, large language models (LLMs), computer vision, multimodal modeling, clustering, and decision-tree algorithms
• Hands-on experience with data-science and machine-learning libraries and frameworks such as Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and related tooling (MLflow, Airflow, Spark)
• Excellent programming skills in Python
• Ability to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation and analysis
• Data-oriented personality with a passion for empirical, evidence-based decision-making
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter mindset, able to work independently while proactively collaborating with cross-functional teams
