Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Platform Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our ecosystem. The role requires developing and executing growth strategy, identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to unlock scalable growth for the platform.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in growth, product management, business strategy, or a related field (depending on seniority)
- Proven track record of executing growth initiatives and delivering measurable impact
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in SQL, analytics platforms, or growth measurement tools
- Experience working in or with platforms, marketplaces, or ecosystems is a strong plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment with a bias for action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
