Job Description
Dandy is transforming the dental industry through technology, and we're seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee key operational processes, drive People Operations projects, and improve the efficiency of the HR team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a hypergrowth startup environment
- HR-specific experience in global operations highly preferred
- Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
- Experience working with cross functional teams and leaders to drive clarity and process improvements
- Experience optimizing operations systems to further streamline people processes
- Overall track record of professional success
