The QA Specialist plays an integral role in the review process, responsible for communicating with customers, reviewers, and management to ensure completed reports are delivered by the requested due date.
Requirements
- Client Interaction: Provides regular report status updates, evaluates report quality, and clarifies ambiguous questions.
- Physician Interaction: Works directly with physicians, ensures client questions are answered, and provides feedback on report quality.
- Report Analysis: Reviews data accuracy, ensures state requirements are met, and adheres to client-specific requirements.
- Additional Duties: Provides oversight to team members, improves processes, and acts as a liaison for quality issue reports.
