As an IP Consultant, Global Brand Protection, you will be part of our global responsibility to safeguard Danfoss' trademarks, designs, and domains worldwide.
Requirements
- Manage and protect Danfoss' trademark, design, and domain portfolio
- Provide legal guidance on IP-related matters to internal stakeholders and collaborate with international IP agents
- Conduct Freedom to Operate (FtO) trademark searches, reporting findings, and advising stakeholders
- Filing trademark and design applications
- Handling office actions, oppositions, online infringements, and enforcement of IP rights
- Providing advice, conducting awareness training, and participating in IP-related projects
