Jr manufacturing engineer

Support process optimization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. Assist in developing, documenting, and improving manufacturing processes, and provide technical assistance to operators and technicians.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing, SPC, and quality tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced factory environment.
• Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
