Laboratory Maintenance Engineer

As a Laboratory Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and availability of automation and electrical systems that power our R&D Compressor Test Lab and production final run stations. Your impact will be to test systems reliably, minimize downtime, protect data integrity, and enable engineering teams to focus on innovation with confidence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of industrial automation maintenance experience
• Proven proficiency programming and troubleshooting Siemens S7-1200/1500 (TIA Portal) and Rockwell Micro800 (Connected Components Workbench) PLCs
• Experience implementing or working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control loop diagrams
