Machinist 1st shift

We are looking for a 1st Shift Machinist to join our diverse team in Freeport, IL. The Machinist operates and sets up conventional, numerical control (NC), and specialized machines and machining centers to precisely machine steel and brass components.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Alternatively, one to three years of relevant experience and/or training
• Capable of reading and interpreting documents like safety regulations, operating and maintenance manuals, and procedural guides
• Proficient in performing addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across all units of measure, utilizing whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
