Job Description
The Operations Supervisor - Hose Manufacturing is responsible for supervising hourly employees to deliver excellence to customers and meet assigned deadlines. The role involves managing production in a safe and efficient manner, interacting with external customers, and driving accountability in the business to achieve its goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 1 year experience supervising others
- Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship both now and in the future
