Job Description
Danfoss is seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in achieving business goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. This role combines tactical decision-making with hands-on leadership, spending the majority of the day on the production floor to audit, monitor, coach, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
