Job Description
We are seeking a Purchasing Specialist to join the team in Ljubljana. As a Purchasing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, analyzing current demands, and planning activities to avoid bottlenecks. You will also work closely with factories to ensure the right materials are available at the right time and make purchasing decisions that align with business needs.
Requirements
- Academic background in economics, international relations, sales, logistics or other relevant areas
- Previous experience in similar roles, gained in medium-sized international environments
- Understanding demand forecasting, optimizing inventory management, with a focus on efficient procurement
- Solid experience with SAP, specifically with MM (Material Management), P2Q (procure to pay) or PP (Production Planning) modules
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, with a ability to create detailed reports, data visualizations for decision-making and stakeholder communication
