Requirements
- Develop and execute global supply strategies, and oversee global suppliers strategies and accountability;
- Develop and implement sub-category strategies (ex. passive components, steel turn parts etc);
- Lead negotiations and build a negotiation pipeline;
- Drive global parallel negotiations and business awards;
- Lead effective supplier relationship management acting as Danfoss key account (3T program);
- Coordinate RFQs and benchmarking activities;
- Maintain & update prices in SAP for global suppliers;
- Monitor and analyze market, industry, technology trends within sub-category incl. how other industries impact the sub-category ex. supply, pricing, investments etc.
- Engage with key stakeholders on business trends & inform proactive about relevant trends across Danfoss;
- Analyze commodity market dynamics & how this impacts the sub-category;
