Job Description
Danis is seeking a Project Manager for its Commercial Construction division. The Project Manager will lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 5 years of experience managing commercial and institutional projects valued at $10M+. Requirements
- Four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing commercial and institutional projects valued at $10M+
- General Contracting experience within healthcare, life sciences, data centers, higher education, and advanced manufacturing sectors
- Comprehensive understanding of project processes and their pivotal role in ensuring project success
- Ability to adeptly manage budgets, optimize profitability, and foster enduring relationships to secure future projects
