• At least 5 years of experience from a similar position
• Self-initiative and initiative in solving tasks
• Interest in and experience with political interest representation and legislative matters
• Service-oriented approach and focus on creating value for member companies
• Ability to work strategically and operationally, and engage in collaboration with management and specialists
• Experience with project management and ability to drive initiatives from idea to implementation
• Ability and desire to acquire and disseminate new knowledge on complex and technical matters within circular economy
