Maintenance Manager

Darigold is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at their Pasco plant. The ideal candidate will have experience in dairy or food processing, leadership skills, and ability to build and lead a team.

Requirements

• Manage a maintenance staff in a 24/7 plant
• Provide on and off hour emergency response
• Administer department budget and oversee new capital expenditure items
• Develop and deliver on maintenance programs
• Oversee plant utilities and utilize continuous improvement tools
