The role involves scaling the company to 10x its current size by automating key business processes with AI-powered digital workers, with a focus on technology and AI. Responsibilities include process implementation, data analysis, dashboard creation, and team leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management
• Ability to analyze data and use it in making decisions
• Practical experience using Metabase, Looker, Tableau or similar interface
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing environments
• Strong passion for technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Stakeholder management
• Mobility to travel one week per month
• Spanish speaking desirable
