Requirements
- Provide every client with excellent service
- Market and solicit residential loan business
- Advise and educate clients on the home-buying/refinancing process
- Own and build business within USA Mortgage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of various residential mortgage loan products
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, and competitive spirit
- Travel up to 50%
