Job Description
The Ohio Attorney General's Office is seeking an Assistant Attorney General- Environmental Enforcement to serve as lead and co-counsel in civil enforcement litigation in federal and state courts. The successful candidate will have excellent oral, written, and client communication skills, and experience with environmental law is preferred.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio
- 2 or more years of litigation experience
- Prior experience with environmental law (preferred)
