Your Training

You will start your training at our production site in Weikersheim on September 1, 2025.

Your Tasks

• Erecting, operating and programming modern production machines and systems
• Fitting components for machines and precision instruments and equipment
• Putting production plants and building technology into operation, maintaining and repairing them
• Troubleshooting, modernizing and optimizing production plants
• Assembling components with electronic and pneumatic measuring and control components to functional units
• Working on computer-controlled and manual machine tools
• Learning the basics of electrical engineering (components, measuring instruments, electronic circuits) and turning, milling, drilling, filing and grinding in our in-house training workshop

• Training duration: 3.5 years
• Vocational school: Bad Mergentheim

• Good general education, intermediate education or comparable or higher qualification
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Spatial imagination
• Good mathematics and physics knowledge
• Team skills and reliability
