Job Description
Databricks is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to be the domain expert for Banking and Insurance (FSI) within Databricks UK&I. This role involves setting the vision, building executive relationships, and working with a cross-functional team to drive digital transformation and articulate the value of Databricks' Lakehouse Platform to FSI companies. You will influence stakeholders, lead internal teams, and cultivate partner relationships to help customers achieve their goals and guide their businesses forward.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience working as an executive in the FSI vertical
- Intimate knowledge of the technology landscape in the FSI industry
- Experience driving change at a large FSI company
- Prior experience in acting as the Technology Leader for the customer
- Strong knowledge of key regulations in the Banking and Insurance industry
