Job Description
Databricks is seeking a qualified Attorney to join Databricks growing commercial legal team in Latin America. The role will involve negotiating Master Cloud Services Agreements and providing legal support to the commercial business in the region.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant commercial legal transactional experience
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; native speakers preferred
- Relevant commercial transactional experience working for and/or supporting cloud-based software companies
- Ability to negotiate complex software sell-side transactions
- Strong understanding of data privacy, information security, and intellectual property laws
