Job Description
Databricks is seeking a Resource Manager to partner with Customer Success and Services, ensuring customers have the resources they need to solve their challenges. This role involves managing resourcing for projects, providing support to project managers, and collaborating with multiple teams to achieve project goals. The Resource Manager will focus on resource identification, allocation, and ensuring resources are available for project success.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in resource management for a Professional Services and Education Services line of business.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
- Salesforce and FinancialForce PSA experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable labor laws.
