Job Description
Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect to develop customer engagement strategies, build technical champions, and influence stakeholders on the Cloud ecosystem. The role focuses on creating customized solutions for data analytics architecture, design, and adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. This is a customer-facing position that values innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of presales/customer-facing technical experience.
- Ability to engage in complex customer interactions and sales lifecycle.
- Prior experience with coding in a core programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala) and willingness to learn a base level of Spark.
- Hands-on expertise with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platform(s).
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
