Databricks is looking for a Senior Director, Head of Global Accounting to lead global accounting teams and drive excellence in the global close process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with a mix of external audit/consulting and industry experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting or relevant field and CPA designation preferred
- Deep accounting expertise with thorough knowledge of current GAAP standards
- Experience with operational accounting, including consolidation
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
