Job Description
Databricks is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to join their Public Sector Federal Health team. The role involves consultative support to customers, demonstrating empathy for the health of citizens, veterans, and improving access to earned pensions. The architect will leverage data and AI to design architectures, implement proof-of-concepts, and promote open-source projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role
- Experience designing and architecting distributed data systems
- Comfortable programming in, and debugging, at least one of: Python, Scala, Java, SQL, or R
- Experience supporting Public Sector clients
- Have built solutions with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Data Engineering technologies (Ex: Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) - Knowledge of data warehousing and data lake principles
- US Citizen
