Staff Software Engineer - Data Platform

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Data Platform team at Databricks, you will help build the Data Intelligence Platform that will automate decision-making across the company. You will design and run tools for logging, orchestration, data transformation, metric store, and data consumption layers, using the latest Databricks product and other data ecosystem tools.

Requirements

• 12+ years of industry experience
• 6+ years of experience providing technical leadership on large projects similar to the ones described above
• Experience building, shipping and operating reliable multi-geo data pipelines at scale
• Experience working with and operating workflow or orchestration frameworks
• Experience with large-scale messaging systems
