Experienced Service Technician

This role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical and electronic components in vehicles, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to manufacturer's warranty specifications. The technician will interact with customers, provide estimates for repairs, and maintain detailed records. They also stay updated on automotive technology.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience as a ASE or Volkswagen technician
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Fast, eager learner and team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
