Product Operations Support

The Product Operations Support role is responsible for supporting the wider PSG to achieve an agreed revenue target / sales quota as well as delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include working with distributors and vendors, meeting delivery expectations, contributing to monthly reporting, and supporting Account Managers.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of procure-to-pay operational workflow
• Relevant operational experience
• Ability to deal with clients at all levels
• Organisational and administrative skills, with a high attention to detail
• Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven customer liaison skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting customer partnerships
