Manager I, Engineering - Infrastructure Remediation

The Infrastructure Remediation team assists Datadog users in identifying and resolving infrastructure problems. The team lead will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of engineers, driving their professional growth, and collaborating with Product to shape strategic roadmap and have a significant impact on the product and the user experience of fellow engineers who use the product.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage team dynamics, set goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive and productive work environment
• Experience building distributed systems and operating infrastructure with a focus on reliability and fault tolerance
• Product-mindset with comfort working with product managers and customers to scope out roadmaps and development plans
