Job Description
Datadog is seeking a Staff Software Engineer with deep experience in GenAI/ML to join their Application Performance Monitoring (APM) team. The APM team provides visibility into applications, enabling users to optimize services, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance. This role involves designing, training, and deploying models at scale, leading the product direction, and mentoring engineering teams. Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in a scientific field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Proven track record of leading large-scale GenAI/ML initiatives
- Significant experience in model deployment, development, training, fine-tuning, or evaluation
- Ability to drive initiatives across cross-functional teams
