Join Dataroid, a digital analytics and customer engagement platform, as a Senior Manager, Solution Account to shape and execute the company's long-term growth strategy across the Gulf. Develop and execute a comprehensive GCC-focused growth strategy and lead the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, business development, or growth/strategy roles
- Proven experience working in or deeply with the GCC market (minimum 3–4 years in KSA and/or UAE strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and opening new markets, ideally in digital analytics, customer experience, or data platforms
- Existing network and successful deals/relationships with Tier-1/2 banks, large enterprises, telecommunication companies, or fintechs in the GCC are a significant advantage
- Deep knowledge of GCC digital transformation trends, open banking regulations, financial sector development programs, and Vision 2030-related initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and GCC tender/RFP processes from planning through negotiation and closure
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills; able to engage credibly with C-level executives as well as technical teams
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to turn market insights into clear, actionable strategies
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the GCC (40–60%)
