Job Description
Datavant is a data platform company seeking a Health Information Operations Supervisor to lead a growing team, manage client relationships, and oversee operational strategies. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of health information experience, be well-versed in HIPAA standards, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of Health Information related experience
- Well-versed with HIPAA standards
- Ability to support clients and your Team working both on-site and remotely
- Power BI, MS Office skills
- EMR experience with EPIC, or Cerner (bonus points)
- Previous production/metric-based work experience (bonus points)
- Team building and experience elevating individuals' careers (bonus points)
